It’s winter now, or at least it is close to winter, and my Dad got me a new toy, or I mean a new tool.  And really it’s for my Mom but I have to use it.  It looks like a giant coffee cup with a hole in the top.  But really the hole has a brush in it and the coffee cup gets filled up with warm water.  Then when I come in the house with dirty paws I stick my foot in the hole and move it up and down some with a little help from Dad and my feet get clean.  Then my feet get dried and I don’t track mud all over the house, which makes Mom happy.   And that makes my Dad happy which makes me happy because he plays with me when he is happy.  And play is what life is all about for me.
